Khaled is an accomplished senior executive, innovator, and entrepreneur. His focus is on the new cybersecurity paradigm of Managed Detection and Response, and on the application of cybersecurity technology to enable business outcomes. He has over 17 years of cybersecurity experience, and 27 years of broader experience managing people, processes and technology in networks, operations, and outsourcing.
Prior to launching IntelliGO Networks, Khaled co-founded Cyberklix, a managed security services company which grew to a multi-million-dollar operation. He also co-founded INTRIA-HP, now HP services in Canada. He has held many senior technology roles including Vice President of Technology Services at CGI Group Canada, and Director of Telecommunication Networks and Data Centre Operations for CIBC. He started his career at Air Canada in the IT Branch, advancing through the management ranks to the position of Manager, Telecommunication at the Gemini Group.
Khaled received B.A.Sc. in Computer and Communication Engineering from the University of Ottawa. He also completed a second undergraduate degree, a B.Sc. in General Sciences from University of Toronto. He underwent management training at the Ivey School of Business. Outside of the office, Khaled enjoys golf, travelling and playing chess.
Adam is the CTO of IntelliGO Networks, and creator of our IntelliGO Platform, which we use to deliver our MDR service to clients.
He protects our clients en masse by training our threat hunters in the use of our proprietary tool. He also empowers them through our Virtual CISO offering, leveraging an incredible depth of knowledge of the industry. He has over 13 years of cybersecurity experience working with Audits, Architecture and building Security Operation Centers for enterprises of many sizes.
Before becoming a cybersecurity thought-leader, Adam was a developer and engineer working with premier brands such as Palo Alto Networks, Symantec, McAfee, IBM and Juniper.
Adam is a Certified Ethical Hacker, with his B.A.Sc. in Computer Science. He also completed a Master’s in Data Loss Prevention from Symantec, and Web Application security training from IBM.
Adam enjoys travelling and programming projects in his free time.
Jennifer is our director of operational excellence, and for good reason. She relentlessly pursues operational efficiency, enabling successful implementations and support interactions with our clients.
Ten years in the IT Services space has given Jennifer a wealth of operational expertise that she brings to this role. She started her IT career with Phoenix IT Group (now Daisy Group UK), advancing through the company to the position of Service Manager. She then moved to Deutsche Bank where she managed projects across the globe.
Jennifer is passionate about transformational change and is always seeking optimization opportunities. She believes firmly that operational excellence can be achieved with the right people, tools and process. A certified PM herself, her career history has focused on enacting projects and initiatives that have helped companies bring these changes about.
Before her career in IT, Jennifer was a teacher of classical piano. She studied music at University College Cork and remains a classical pianist outside of work today. She also enjoys strategic board and card games.
Effi is responsible for driving revenue and go-to-market efforts for IntelliGO’s channel organization. The demand for MDR services amongst small and medium enterprise is rapidly expanding, making collaboration with, and support from, value added resellers and integrators requisite for IntelliGO. Effi loves to hear from potential partners who are aligned with us at an organizational level.
Prior to IntelliGO, Effi spent 5 years managing IBM Canada’s security sales efforts into the utilities, retail, and telecom sectors. He led large, multi-faceted sales pursuits to help secure some of Canada’s leading organizations and brands. Before IBM, Effi led the enterprise sales efforts of MessageLabs, prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Effi started his career with Herjavec Group where he was a top performer in multiple roles, including leading sales teams.
Effi received a B.Sc in Science from the University of Windsor and continued his science studies, with specialization in Biology, at the University of Toronto.
Brian leads the IntelliGO Networks Direct Sales and Business Development team. He is laser-focused on keeping clients happy and finding prospective clients for whom our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Service is the right fit.
He is a proven team leader with over 20 years of exceptional sales experience and business leadership. He has enabled countless clients through technology, including a breadth of bleeding-edge solutions such as cybersecurity, hyper-converged infrastructure, hybrid cloud, virtualization, software as a service (SaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS).
Prior to joining IntelliGO, Brian served as the Canadian Channel Manager at SimpliVity (later acquired by HPE), where he led and developed their Canadian business. Prior to that, he held senior sales and leadership positions with Ingram Micro and Future Shop.
Brian is the proud husband of Iveta, father of two wonderful children and enjoys golf, travelling and playing the piano.
Alyssa is IntelliGO Networks’ Human Resources Manager. She insists upon finding candidates who are as passionate about the roles they pursue, as she is. She understands the value of recognizing performance and incenting the right employee behaviours. She is an unparalleled talent-hunter.
Alyssa led HR initiatives in her previous role at Sportality. She also specialized in running small to medium sized office operations. As such, her experience touches on many different functional areas, making her ideal to hire for roles across our business. She is presently pursing her CHRP designation at George Brown College, taking advantage of IntelliGO’s “Build your Skills” program that she spearheaded.
When she isn't recruiting talented, driven, fun people, she enjoys reading, baking and DIY projects – any of which are better with her dear friend and rescue-dog, Tucker.
Mike is responsible for marketing at IntelliGO. He is all about clearly articulating the value of our service, sharing bleeding edge cybersecurity thought leadership, and qualifying our prospects to ensure a great fit, and a satisfied client.
Mike began his technology career in the channel, at a VAR called Softchoice. Starting as an intern, he worked his way up within the marketing organization. To successfully target their campaigns, Mike cultivated a broad understanding the technology he was positioning (software, hardware, cloud, services), and the business impacts they enabled. He helped cybersecurity vendors including Symantec, McAfee, Trend Micro, Sophos, market their consolidated security offerings.
Mike earned his B.Sc at the University of Toronto, where he studied Psychology, English, Paradigms and Archetypes. He followed that with a post-graduate certificate from George Brown College in Strategic Relationship Marketing. He loves creative writing, gourmet cooking, and strategy games.
