Job Description: 


IntelliGO Networks is seeking an organized, self-motivated IT/office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks as well as manage all the internal IT needs for the company. As you will provide office IT and general support, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
• 
Manage all the internal IT needs such as: Onboarding and Offboarding of equipment (Laptops, Printers etc..), maintaining database off all company assets & licenses, and source new equipment when necessary
• 
Support department managers, staff, and CEO with internal IT requests

Skills & Experience: 


• High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
• Experience managing internal IT
• 
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with Office 365 a must.
• 
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• 
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
• 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
